Meet Dr. Robert L. Brostowin—a chiropractor with a lifelong commitment to understanding how the body works.
A graduate of New York Chiropractic College in 1990, Dr. Brostowin is a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board (since 2002) and a Fellow of the American College of Functional Neurology (since 2009).
Raised in Garden City and Glendale, he practiced in Buffalo before returning to the downstate New York area. Today, his Wantagh practice brings together chiropractic care, therapeutic exercise, functional neurology, and nutrition-focused conversations.

A serious childhood accident and a six-week hospital stay sparked his early desire to help others. At age 20, Dr. Brostowin experienced significant relief from his asthma symptoms while receiving chiropractic treatment. That personal experience inspired him to pursue a career in chiropractic medicine.
Dr. Brostowin has trained under Dr. Ted Carrick and Dr. Robert Melillo and continues to attend neurology and nutrition seminars. His interests include complex neurological concerns and individualized, whole-person care.

Yes. Spinal decompression is one of the services offered at the practice. Dr. Brostowin can discuss whether it is appropriate for your situation after an evaluation.
